In 1992 Dan Federici, Gary Talent and Bill reunited their mid-60's childhood band: The Downtown Tangiers Rockin Rhythm & Blues Band ( now that's a mouth full! ). The band was one of the early NJ shore bands and besides playing the shore, played the awakening NY rock scene including; The Steve Paul Scene, The Electric Circus, etc. The band even toured nationally as part of The Electric Circus Tour. Vini Lopez was the fourth member playing drums in the original band. Roger Cox played for the reunion band. Gary actually joined the group later replacing initial bassist Wendell John.

In 68+/- Dan Federici, Vini Lopez, Wendell John and Bill recorded an album for producers from Koppelman & Rubin Records. Album whereabouts unknown. We would all like to discover/ hear the tracks..
1965-66 Powerful Hold On My Soul - Unreleased Single on Kamasutra
Produced for Kamasutra, This Ol City Has A Powerful Hold On My Soul was a rock / R&B powerhouse featuring full horn section, BG singer. Producer Kenny Kerner & Richie Weiss. never released!

Glory Road was formed after the Tangiers. Gary Talent, Danny Mansolino and Big Bob Williams were in the band with Bill. David Sancious later replaced Danny Mansolino on keyboards.
- 1975 Bill Chinnock - Album " Road Master " on Paramount
- Songs: The Fast Life, Sittin On The Inside, etc.
Never released, Road Master was Bill's second album on Paramount and recorded by Tom Dowd at the legendary Bell Sound Studios..
